Cancellation and No-Show Policy

IN OUR ONGOING COMMITMENT TO MAINTAINING OUR CURRENT PRICES AND ENSURING FAIRNESS FOR ALL OF OUR VALUED CLIENTS, WE'VE MADE A PROACTIVE DECISION TO UPHOLD OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.

 

THIS POSITIVE STEP ALLOWS US TO CONTINUE DELIVERING TOP-NOTCH SERVICES WITHOUT ANY PRICE INCREASES. TO ENSURE A SEAMLESS AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE, WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO ACQUAINT YOURSELF WITH OUR CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW:

Appointment Confirmations:

Expect appointment confirmations through text and email. If you encounter any issues receiving them, kindly verify your contact information with our receptionist. Changes to your appointment must be done through the salon via the front desk or email.

Text messages to stylists will no longer be an acceptable form of cancellation or rescheduling.

 

Cancellation and rescheduling:

To avoid a cancellation fee, we kindly request a minimum of

24 business hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Late Cancellation fee:

Should you cancel within the 24-hour window, including Same Day Cancellation, a fee of 25% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file and/or your next scheduled appointment.

​

 

NO-SHOWS 

Lash Appointments: A $50 flat fee

will be charged to the card on file and/or your next scheduled appointment in the event of a no-show.

​

Wax, Makeup, and Brow Appointment (excluding microblading): A $25 flat fee will be charged to the card on file and/or your next scheduled appointment in the event of a no-show.

 

No-Show Consequences: Clients who no-show for appointments may be required to prepay or provide a deposit when booking future appointments.

 

 

DEPOSITS:

Deposits for full sets and microblading appointments are non-refundable. Any changes to appointments with deposits must adhere to the specific cancellation policy for the selected service. Please note that refunds, in accordance with our policy guidelines, may take up to 3 business days to process.

HOLIDAY SEASON POLICY: 

NOVEMBER & DECEMBER

Full charge for all late cancel / same day cancel and no-shows for the months of November & December,
