We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text and or email. If you do not receive the text/email reminders please confirm your contact information with the receptionist.  Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 business hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.  A Late cancellation fee charge of 25% (of your scheduled service) will be added to your next appointment.

 

A credit card is required to hold all 1st-time full set appointments. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not hold your place. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file for each booked appointment that is canceled less than 24 business hours before the appointment time.  

 

No-shows for regular and volume lash fill appointments will be billed a flat fee of $50 amount for the appointment and will be added on to your next service.  No-shows for any wax, make-up, brow appointment (not including microblading) will be billed a flat fee of $25 amount and will be added on to your next service.  Clients who have no-showed for appointments may be asked to prepay/pay a deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments.

Deposits for full-sets and microblading appointments are non-refundable.  Any changes to appointments with deposits must be made in accordance with the specific cancellation policy per selected service.  Refunds within the guidelines of the policy are processed promptly but may take up to 3 business days to show up in your account.
